పొట్లపహాడ్ లో జన్మించిన డాక్టర్ యడవల్లి లక్ష్మీనర్సింహా రెడ్డి'(1925 to 1986)' నిజాంకాలంలో ఆయుర్వేద విద్య ( Ayurvedic Visharad) నభ్యసించి మన రాష్ట్రమే కాకుండా బీదర్ మొ॥ జిల్లాలలో Govt. Ayurvedic Vaid గా సేవలందించి ప్రజల మన్ననలను మరియు ప్రజాపతినిధుల మన్ననలను పొందినారు. భారత స్వాతంత్ర్య సమరయోధులు, In the struggle liberation of Independence, Imprisonment was from 1947-48 & was kept in the Jail at Aurangabad for 11 months 20 days, suffered in jail by the Nizam Govt. జైలు జీవితం గడిపినారు. Political Sufferer పెన్షన్ కూడా పొందేవారు. 1954 to 1961 వరకు వైద్య వృత్తిలో సేవలందించినారు, అనారోగ్య సమస్యలతో retirement తీసుకున్నారు.
