One of my all-time favorites, this is probably the very first and full-format movie that The great institution of Sri Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams spearheaded to propogate the services, facilities and the immensely huge development work they assumed responsibilities on the Holy Hills of Tirumala and in Tirupati and neighboring towns like Tiruchanoor (also known as Alamelu Mangapuram), Srinivasa Mangapuram, Kapila Theertham, Narayanavanam, Naagulapuram, and Appalayagunta), and also at specific places in North India like Haridwar, Rishikesh, Mumbai, and in deep Southern India like Chennai, and Kanyakumari. This movie was shot in the year 1967-68 when Anjanadri Nagar, VVGH, and the main Kalyanakatta were being built for the first time. The movie was a flagship project of the TTD's "Drusya Sravana Project" (Audio Visual Projects). The great Telugu Thespian Kongara Jaggayya narrates the main movie while another of TTD's great project directors, Sri Kamisetti Srinivasulu Setti narrates the Tirupathi Theertha yatra in the second part.
